Portrait of Shahzaib Afzaal
Shahzaib Afzaal Product engineer

I build digital products as whole systems. That means the interface a customer uses, the frontend that carries it, the backend and APIs that run the business, the databases underneath, and the deployment that puts the work into production.

Mobile-connected experiences sit in the same practice when a product needs them — admin systems, content, and the services an application depends on. Ecommerce is part of the range as well: catalog, ordering, and the operational screens behind a sale.

AI automation is a core part of how I work, not a side note. The aim is not to add AI so a product can be described as intelligent. It is to use models, APIs, and automation logic where they remove repetitive work, tighten a workflow, or make a feature genuinely more useful. If automation does not change the operation, it does not belong in the build.

The result I am hired for is a business-ready product: premium UI/UX, frontend engineering, backend development, data, integrations, and intelligent automation treated as one delivery.
